CITY OF EVERETT BID SET <br />EVERETT STATION HVAC AND CONTROLS IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT NO. 24-3201 <br /> <br />01 32 16 -2 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br /> <br />1.04 UPDATES <br /> The Project Construction Schedule will be reviewed and updated at each progress meeting. All changes to <br />the project schedule of more than three (3) working days shall be documented. The Schedule shall be <br />updated to show measures required to bring project back on schedule. The Contractor alone shall remain <br />responsible for adjusting forces, equipment, and work schedules to ensure completion of the work within the <br />Contract Time. Any mistakes or errors in any schedule, including, but not limited to, mistakes or errors of <br />logic, order, precedence, and duration, are and remain the Contractor's. <br /> Should any activity not be completed by the stated scheduled date, the Owner will have the right to require <br />the Contractor to expedite completion of the activity by whatever means appropriate and necessary, without <br />additional compensation to the Contractor. <br /> The Schedule shall be used to justify time extension days requested by the Contractor. For additional days <br />requested, the Schedule shall be detailed enough to identify the work item(s) affected and the relationship <br />to the changed or added work. <br /> Schedule shall be provided during the construction meetings. Schedule shall be on 11x17 paper or as <br />otherwise approved by Owner and shall show current work progress. <br />1.05 OWNER PROVIDED MATERIALS <br /> All items to be provided by the Owner shall be incorporated into the schedule. The schedule shall show when <br />the materials are required to be delivered to the project and when the materials will be installed. These <br />materials are to be included in the preliminary schedule, upon review; owner will confirm lead time for <br />materials and delivery dates. <br /> Contractor failure to include owner provided materials into the schedule shall be responsible for all delays to <br />the work or failure to notify the owner of tasks dependent upon the owner furnished materials shall <br />constitute a waiver by the contractor of any contract claim arising out of or related to the timeliness of the <br />delivery of materials or installation of such materials. <br />PRODUCTS (NOT USED) <br />EXECUTION (NOT USED) <br />END OF SECTION 01 32 16
