CITY OF EVERETT BID SET <br />EVERETT STATION HVAC AND CONTROLS IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT NO. 24-3201 <br /> <br />01 35 29 -3 HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> <br /> The Health and Safety Representative is responsible to insure that work is performed in accordance with the <br />Health and Safety Plan. <br /> At the daily job briefing and/or tailgate conference, Contractor shall provide the Owner's representative in <br />attendance at the meeting all relevant information on the Work to be performed, its location, and the <br />equipment to be used. <br /> The Contractor is responsible to insure that its workers and subcontractors have all safety equipment required <br />for the Work. <br /> Nothing in this Contract shall be construed as imposing any duty upon the Owner or any of its employees with <br />regard to, or as constituting any express or implied assumption of control or responsibility over, Project Site <br />safety, or over any other safety conditions relating to employees or agents of Contractor or any of its <br />Subcontractors, or the public. <br />PRODUCTS (NOT USED) <br />EXECUTION (NOT USED) <br />END OF SECTION 01 35 29 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
