Section 6: INSURING PIRA AND POLICA APPARATUS: It shall <br /> be unlawful for any person to break, injure, mar, deface, or in any <br /> manner interfere with any fire alarm, police patrol alarm, signal <br /> box, fire hydrant, or other apparatus or appliance of the fire or <br /> police department of the city of . verett. <br /> Section 7: HITCHING TO OR OBSTRUCTING PIRA HYDRANTS: It <br /> shall be unlawful for any person to hitch or tie any animal or thing <br /> to, or obstruct, injure, connect with, or open, any fire hydrant in <br /> said city, without a permit from the chief of the fire department. <br /> Section 8: INTOXICATING LIQUORS IN R. STAURANTS: it shall <br /> be unlawful for the owner, proprietor, or other person having charge <br /> and control of any public restaurant or eating-house, or any employee <br /> in such place, to serve, sell, or give away, or allow or permit to be <br /> served, sold, given away or consumed, in or about the premises of any <br /> such restaurant or eating-house, any intoxicating liquors; provided, . <br /> that this section shall not be construed to prevent the serving of <br /> intoxicating liquors by retail liquor dealers in such place as allow- <br /> ed in Section 31 of Ordinance No. 1473 of the city of .Everett. <br /> Section 9: WOMAN IN MA.LA ATTIR.: It shall be unlawful for <br /> any female person to masquerade in male attire in any public place; <br /> provided, this shall not apply to female persons appearing in a <br /> public exhibition or public hall. <br /> Section 10: PUBLIC DANC. HALLS: It shall be unlawful for <br /> any person, firm or corporation maintaining, conducting or carrying <br /> on any public dance or any public dance hail, or having charge or <br /> control thereof, or for any person employed in or about the same, to <br /> allow or permit any female person under eighteen (18) years of age <br /> unless accompanied by her parent or guardian, or any person under the <br /> influence of intoxicating liquor, or any boisterous or disorderly per- <br /> son to enter, be, or remain, or dance at such public dance or in such <br /> public dance hall, or to suffer or permit any person or persons at <br /> such dance or in such dance hall to engage in any undue familiarity, <br />
