and the rules and regulations and other requirements of <br /> the "Washington State Gambling Commission." <br /> b. That the person, association or organization register with <br /> the City Treasurer, or his designee, in the following <br /> manner: <br /> (i) That the applicant provides the City Treasurer with sufficient <br /> evidence that the applicant has obtained the required license (s) from <br /> the Washington State Gambling Commission. <br /> (ii)That the applicant disclose the name and address of the person, <br /> association or organization conducting the bingo games, raffles and <br /> amusement games as the case may be, and the time (s) and place <br /> such activities are intended to be conducted. <br /> (iii)That the applicant pay the City Treasurer the following registration <br /> fee: <br /> bingo, raffles and, amusement games $25.00 per year <br /> (iv)Upon the fulfillment of the above requirements, the City Treasurer <br /> shall issue the necessary certification evidencing the registration of <br /> bingo, raffles, and amusement games. The nature of such <br /> certification shall be in the form as the City Treasurer shall deem <br /> appropriate. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 1: Required Applicant Information. It is unlawful for any person, <br /> association or organization to conduct bingo games, raffles, social card games and/or <br /> amusement games, or to utilize, display, exhibit or possess pull tabs or punch boards <br /> with the intent to sell chances thereon, or to distribute for sale pull tabs or punch boards <br /> unless such person, association or organization complies with the following conditions: <br /> a. That the activity be specifically authorized pursuant to the requirements of Chapter <br /> 9.46 RCW and Chapter 218, Laws of 1973, 1st Ex. Sess. and the rules and <br /> regulations and other requirements of the "Washington State Gambling <br /> Commission." <br /> b. That the person, association or organization, by the 15th day of January of each <br /> year, register with the City Clerk, or designee, in the following manner: <br /> (i) That the applicant provide the City Clerk with sufficient evidence <br /> that the applicant has obtained the required license (s) from the <br /> Washington State Gambling Commission to include at a minimum, <br /> 2 <br />
