EVERETT POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 33 <br />ARTICLE 22 - SENIORITY LIST AND ANNIVERSARY DATE <br /> <br />22.1 General. <br /> <br />21.1.1 The City shall keep an up-to-date seniority roster. Any objections to the seniority list as <br />posted shall be reported by EPMA to the City. The anniversary date shall be the date of <br />the appointment If an employee is promoted1 the promotion date becomes the <br />anniversary date. For purposes of determining seniority in rank, the promotion date shall <br />apply. When two or more employees are promoted on the same date, placement on the <br />civil service eligibility register will determine seniority. <br />
