said council finds that said proof is satisfactory, it shall notify <br /> the clerk to furnish to each liquor dealer in the city of . verett <br /> the name of such person or persons, together with a statement that <br /> they are forbidden to sell or give away to such person any intoxi- <br /> cating liquors , and any liquor dealer or employe of any liquor <br /> dealer who shall thereafter sell or give to any such person intoxi- <br /> cating liquors shall be guilty of violating the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 3: That Section 22 of said Ordinance No. 1473, be, <br /> and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 22: It shall be unlawful for any minor person to <br /> misrepresent his age to any licensed liquor dealer or employe, for <br /> the purpose of obtaining intoxicating liquors , or for any person to <br /> whom liquor dealers are forbidden to sell or give intoxicating <br /> liquors in the manner provided in Section 20 of this ordinance, to <br /> purchase or to procure any person to purchase for him any intoxi- <br /> cating liquors from any licensed liquor dealer of the city of rlverett, <br /> and it shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly give or sell to <br /> or to purchase for such persons any intoxicating liquors. <br /> Section 4: That Section 30 of said Ordinance No. 1473 <br /> be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 30: No license shall be granted for the sale of <br /> intoxicating liquors unless the application for such license is <br /> accompanied by an ink drawing showing accurately the premises <br /> intended to be covered by such license, and showing all entrances <br /> to said premises, and if the license is granted such license shall <br /> authorize the holder of said license to aell intoxicating liquors <br /> only on the premises shown by said drawing. When an application <br /> is made for a license to sell intoxicating liquors , and at the time <br /> of making such application the applicant is a holder of a license <br /> to sell intoxicating liquors issued by the . city of 4verett, it shall not <br /> be necessary for such applicant to furnish to the city of dverett <br /> certificates of character, as provided for in Section 7 of this <br />
