Executive Team Development <br /> <br />Executive team interviews (Optional) <br />To support the executive team development process (see below), your Nash Consulting <br />partner will conduct a series of confidential, one-on-one interviews (approximately 45-60 <br />minutes each) with all members of the executive team. <br />These interviews will explore: <br />• Organizational context and team culture <br />• Strengths and growth areas <br />• Perceived leadership and communication styles <br />• Morale, engagement, and behavioral patterns <br />• Overall team dynamics <br />The overall interview results would then be shared with the executive sponsor(s) in <br />order to increase awareness and facilitate collaboration between leadership and the <br />consultant in customizing the upcoming executive team workshops. <br /> <br />Executive team workshops <br />Organizations that prioritize the health and cohesion of their executive teams see long- <br />term gains in morale, effectiveness, sustainability, and overall employee engagement. <br />To support this, Nash Consulting will engage with the executive team for six to eight <br />days over the course of several months. These sessions are designed to advance the <br />executive team toward a standard of excellence that positively shapes organizational <br />culture at all levels as well as reinforce and sustain the Managing the Mind and Heart <br />leadership principles introduced to the broader leadership community. <br />The focus and content of these days will be determined in part by the interview results <br />and through a collaborative process before the actual workshops.
