These comments address building <br />issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities. or Planning). <br />Code references cited include the 2003 International Residential Code (IRC), the 2003 Washington State <br />Energy Code (WSEC), the Washington Stale Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code (WSVIAQ) 2003. as <br />adopted by the City of Everett. The referenced codes include current amendments by the State of <br />Washington. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br />Division with two complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />Structural <br />X I. The structural framing for the deck and the front porch should be shown to comply with IRC <br />R502.2.1 and. R502.3.3. Post connections should be identified per IRC R502.9.
