Coordination of Owner’s continuing occupancy of portions of existing building and of <br />Owner’s partial occupancy of completed Work. <br />2. Inventory: Submit a list of items to be removed and salvaged and deliver to Owner <br />prior to start of demolition. <br />D. Constructions Submittals: <br />1. Daily Records of demolition activities including but not limited to: <br />a. Demolition of Kimberly Clark pipelines <br />b. Demolition of Kimberly Clark buried foundations and piles with daily logs for <br />concrete tonnage and for pile removal, lengths and disposal <br />c. Demolition of Norton Terminal Improvements <br />E. Closeout Submittals: <br />1. Inventory: Submit a list of items that have been removed and salvaged. <br />2. Landfill Records: Indicate receipt and acceptance of hazardous wastes by a landfill <br />facility licensed to accept hazardous wastes. <br />1.05 PRE-DEMOLITION MEETINGS <br />A. Conference: Conduct conference at Project site. <br />1. Schedule these meetings for each work Area / MOP as noted in 01 12 16 <br />specification. <br />2. Inspect and discuss condition of construction to be demolished. <br />3. Review structural load limitations of existing structure. <br />4. Review and finalize demolition schedule and verify availability of materials, <br />demolition personnel, equipment, and facilities needed to make progress and avoid <br />delays. <br />5. Review requirements of work performed by other trades that rely on substrates <br />exposed by demolition operations. <br />6. Review areas where existing construction is to remain and requires protection. <br />1.06 DEMOLITION OF KIMBERLY-CLARK WATER LINES – RED LEAD PAINT <br />A. Work shall include the demolition and modification of existing 30- and 48-inch steel <br />water lines. Based on assessments completed by the City, water lines are coated with <br />Red Lead Paint. Contractor shall comply with Section 02 83 33 for all activities related <br />to the modification, removal, handling and disposal of lead based paint and Section 02 <br />61 00 REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF CONTAMINATED SOILS
