PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer - Construction Package 2 Demolition and Salvage <br />Project No. 180162 02 41 00 - 9 <br /> <br />3.09 EQUIPMENT TO BE SALVAGED OR RELOCATED <br />A. Do not remove equipment and materials without approval of the Construction Manager. <br />B. Existing equipment shall not be damaged during removal. Any damaged equipment shall <br />be repaired by the Contractor to the satisfaction of the Construction Manager or replaced <br />at the Contractor’s expense. <br />C. Properly store and maintain equipment and materials in same condition as when <br />removed. <br />D. Construction Manager will determine condition of equipment and materials prior to <br />removal. <br />E. The Contractor may extract conductors from duct banks and conduit to be abandoned or <br />removed and retain them for salvage value. <br />3.10 PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS <br />A. Prior to the removal of existing construction, create digital photographs or videos of the <br />existing construction to be removed to provide documentation of this facility and its <br />surroundings. Photographs and/or videos shall be submitted to the Construction <br />Manager during the pre-demolition meetings prior to removal. <br />1. Each photograph must be labeled with a date, name of work, and the location where <br />the photograph was taken. <br />END OF SECTION
