Contactor shall remove well monuments after decommissioning and replace with <br />concrete or other materials consistent with conditions in that location. <br />F. Notify Washington State Department of Ecology with Notice of Intent to Decommission a <br />Well Form and pay all fees associated with decommissioning. <br />G. Contractor shall protect and preserve all existing ground water monitoring wells not to be <br />decommissioned, from damage or covering during construction. Monitoring wells shall be <br />made accessible for sampling by Engineer during all project work. Contractor shall stake <br />or otherwise mark well locations so they are locatable by visual means, and provide <br />access to Engineer to monitor or sample wells during construction. <br />END OF SECTION <br />
