Item 6 - SECTION 02 61 00 REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF CONTAMINATED SOILS: Replace Section 02 61 00 with updated version, attached. Item 7 - SECTION 31 23 00 EXCAVATION AND FILL: Replace paragraph 3.04.A with the following: “In accordance with the Geotechnical Report, it is expected that on-site soils are not acceptable for use as fill and shall be transported off-site for disposal and all backfill material shall be imported. The contractor shall base his bid on disposal of all excavated soils off-site and not used for fill or backfill. All material for fill and backfill shall be imported. Assume all excavated on-site soils to be Inert Waste Soil. Contractor is responsible for all efforts associated with sampling activities and administration for treatment/disposal verification as required by disposal facility.” Item 8 - SECTION 33 46 59 STORMWATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT Replace Paragraph 2.02.C with the following: “1. 12” vertical pipe or manufactured drain basin 2. Beehive grate, minimum 3.8 linear foot weir perimeter.” Item 9 - SECTION 40 05 07.14 SETTLEMENT-SEISMIC PROVISIONS FOR YARD PIPING: Revise the station listed in Paragraph 3.04 SETTLEMENT/SEISMIC JOINT SCHEDULE, Row 1 as follows: C-2309, STA 40+49.40. Item 10 - SHEET CD-2602: Revise Keynote 1 in Detail C, D, and E as shown on sheet CD-2602, attached.
