Addendum 4 Page 3 <br />CITY OF EVERETT 3200 Cedar Street Everett, WA 98201 (425) 257-8800 Fax (425) 257-8882 <br /> <br />Item 4 - SECTION 01 22 13 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT: <br /> Replace paragraph 1.8 R 2 with the following: <br />“Payment shall be made at the Lump Sum prices for providing temporary <br />support using soldier piles as specified for which prices shall constitute full <br />compensation including but not limited to all labor, equipment, materials, <br />testing, inspection, supervision, and administrative requirements for <br />temporary soldier pile wall work as specified in Section 31 50 00.” <br />Item 5 - SECTION 01 32 16 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br /> Replace Section 01 32 16 with updated version, attached. <br />Item 6 - SECTION 02 61 00 REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF CONTAMINATED <br />SOILS: <br /> Replace Section 02 61 00 with updated version, attached. <br />Item 7 - SECTION 31 23 00 EXCAVATION AND FILL: <br /> Replace paragraph 3.04.A with the following: <br />“In accordance with the Geotechnical Report, it is expected that on-site soils <br />are not acceptable for use as fill and shall be transported off-site for disposal <br />and all backfill material shall be imported. The contractor shall base his bid on <br />disposal of all excavated soils off-site and not used for fill or backfill. All <br />material for fill and backfill shall be imported. Assume all excavated on-site <br />soils to be Inert Waste Soil. Contractor is responsible for all efforts associated <br />with sampling activities and administration for treatment/disposal verification <br />as required by disposal facility.” <br />Item 8 - SECTION 33 46 59 STORMWATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT <br /> Replace Paragraph 2.02.C with the following: <br /> “1. 12” vertical pipe or manufactured drain basin <br /> 2. Beehive grate, minimum 3.8 linear foot weir perimeter.” <br />Item 9 - SECTION 40 05 07.14 SETTLEMENT-SEISMIC PROVISIONS FOR YARD <br />PIPING: <br /> Revise the station listed in Paragraph 3.04 SETTLEMENT/SEISMIC JOINT <br />SCHEDULE, Row 1 as follows: C-2309, STA 40+49.40. <br />Item 10 - SHEET CD-2602: <br />Revise Keynote 1 in Detail C, D, and E as shown on sheet CD-2602, <br />attached.
