Q15 - 15.3.14.2 of 00 72 00– Builder’s Risk – States Owner, Contractor and subcontractors are to be listed as Named Insureds. The policy will provide Additional Insured coverage for all subcontractors on the policy since the entity that purchased the policy and is listed on the policy declaration page, maintains the policy. The subcontractors of all tiers will still be provided coverage under the builder’s risk program. Please confirm the Owner and Subcontractors are not to be listed as “named insured”. Alternatively, Builder Risk could be Owner purchased similar to the requirements in the PGSF Rebid. 15.3.14.2 – Builder’s Risk in General Conditions stays as-is.
