City of Everett 01 32 16 - 3 <br />PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer - Construction Package 2 WO# UP-3815-02 <br />01 32 16 - 3 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULES AND REPORTS <br />receives a review status of 1 or 2, compile and note all comments and submit as the <br />Baseline schedule. <br />3. Baseline Schedule: Submit no later than 30 days after the dated return of the review <br />comments from the City on the Draft Project Schedule. The Contractor is not <br />entitled nor is the City required to make any progress payments for work until the <br />Baseline Schedule has received a Review Action of 1 or 2. <br />4. Monthly Update Schedule: Submit with each Application for Payment. <br />5. Three Week Look-Ahead Schedule: Submit at least 2 working days prior to the <br />Weekly Progress Meeting per Specification Section 01 31 19 Project Meetings. <br />D. Reports: <br />1. Daily reports: Submit.by Noon, on the following work day <br />2. Monthly cash flow reports: Submit with each Application for Payment. <br />3. Work Plan reports: Submit with when requested by the Project Representative. <br />4. Monthly progress reports: Submit with each Application for Payment. <br />5. Recovery Schedule: Submit as described in paragraph 3.03 when requested by the <br />Project Representative. <br />1.4 QUALIFICATIONS <br />A. Submit names and qualifications of the personnel used for the preparation and <br />maintenance of the schedule and reports. Demonstrate in the Statement of <br />Qualifications that the individual(s) preparing the Baseline and Monthly Update <br />Schedules are experienced and proficient in the use of the scheduling software. <br />Changes in the person(s) named require submittal of the qualifications of the new <br />person(s) to the Project Representative for acceptance. <br />1.5 SCHEDULES AND REPORT PREPARATION <br />A. The Project Representative may provide sample forms at the Preconstruction <br />Conference for Contractor's use. <br />B. Any schedule having an early completion date (less than the Contract Time) shall show <br />the time between the early completion date and the Contract Time date as “Owner float.” <br />C. Schedule format: <br />1. Each Baseline and Monthly Update Schedule in CPM format clearly showing the <br />Critical path. <br />2. Work breakdown structure: <br />a. Work breakdown structure is a project-oriented tree subdivision of the <br />activities required to produce the end product. <br />b. At a minimum, break the schedule down and band the activities together into <br />the categories listed in the bid schedule and into the following categories: <br />1) Procurement of major materials, including buy-out/issuance of purchase <br />orders. <br />2) Required Milestones, per Section 01 12 16 – Work Sequence. <br />3) Listed constraints, including permitting.
