If a Subcontractor List Form is not included in <br />24 the package, use DOT Form 271-015. The Form shall contain the following: <br />25 <br />26 1. Subcontractors who will perform the Work of structural steel installation, rebar <br />27 installation, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing as described in <br />28 RCW 18.106 and electrical as described in RCW 19.28, <br />29 <br />30 2. The Work those subcontractors will perform on the Contract and the proof of <br />31 license when required as described in RCW 39.04.350(1), and <br />32 <br />33 3.
