2026 Pavement Maintenance Overlay Special Provisions <br />PW# 3860 SP - 75 March 10, 2026 <br /> <br />sequencing of the personnel operating the types of equipment. Discuss the 1 <br />continuance of operator personnel for each type of equipment as it relates to 2 <br />meeting Specification requirements. 3 <br /> 4 <br />c. Number of JMFs to be placed, and if more than one JMF is used, how the 5 <br />Contractor will ensure different JMFs are distinguished, how pavers and how 6 <br />MTVs are distinguished, and how pavers and MTVs are cleaned so that one 7 <br />JMF does not adversely influence the other JMF. 8 <br /> 9 <br />d. Description of contingency plans for that day’s operations such as equipment 10 <br />breakdown, rain out, and supplier shutdown of operations. 11 <br /> 12 <br />e. Number of sublots to be placed, sequencing of density testing, and other 13 <br />sampling and testing. 14 <br /> 15 <br />5-04.3(15) Sealing Pavement Surfaces 16 <br />Apply a fog seal where shown in the plans.
