2026 Pavement Maintenance Overlay Special Provisions <br />PW# 3860 SP - 79 March 5, 2026 <br />1 <br />2 GLF 7-05.5.docx <br />3 7-05.5 Payment <br />4 <br />5 Section 7-05.5 of the standard specifications is deleted and replaced with the following: <br />6 <br />7 (******) <br />8 Payment will be made for each of the following bid items that are included in the proposal: <br />9 <br />10 Adjust Manhole to Grade, per each. <br />11 <br />12 Adjust Catch Basin/Inlet to Grade, per each. <br />13 <br />14 Adjust Valve Box to Grade, per each. <br />15 <br />16 The payment for Adjust Manhole to Grade, Adjust Catch Basin/Inlet to Grade, shall be <br />17 full compensation for all costs necessary to make the adjustment including temporary <br />18 cover to adjust the existing structure to required elevation, construction of the asphalt <br />19 transition around the structure, and restoration of the adjacent area.
