Page 29 <br />kimley-horn.com 2828 Colby Avenue, Suite 200 Everett, WA 98201 425-708-8275 <br />Documentation and Reporting <br />Kimley-Horn will document agency coordination and public engagement activities completed <br />during Phase 2 and will prepare materials and summaries consistent with the SCOP to support <br />permitting, environmental documentation, and grant compliance. <br />Assumptions: <br />l No additional public open houses or formal public hearings are included. <br />l Project information will be presented to the public through the City’s online project <br />website and through City and College communication channels. <br />Deliverables: <br />l Agency coordination summaries and correspondence support – Electronic (PDF) <br />l Public Information Toolkit: materials supporting final design, messaging, and <br />construction impacts through a video – Electronic (PDF, PNG, MP4) <br />Task 2.03: Utility Coordination <br />Kimley-Horn will provide utility coordination services to identify and manage potential utility <br />conflicts associated with the project based on the Preliminary (~30%) Design. Utility <br />coordination efforts will focus on early identification of conflicts, coordination with utility owners, <br />and support of Final Design development. <br />Utility Identification and Coordination <br />Kimley-Horn will review available utility records and the ~30% design to identify potential utility <br />conflicts within the project limits. Coordination will include communication with the City of <br />Everett utilities and private utility owners, which may include Puget Sound Energy (PSE), <br />Snohomish County Public Utilities District (SnoPUD), Comcast, Ziply Fiber, and other utilities as <br />identified. <br />Utility coordination activities are anticipated to include: <br />·Initiating contact with utility owners and maintaining a utility contact list <br />·Coordinating review of proposed bridge concepts and utility impacts <br />·Tracking utility responses, requirements, and potential relocation needs <br />·Identifying potential long-lead materials and utility relocation schedules, as provided by <br />utility owners <br />Utility Relocations <br />Utility relocation design will be performed by the affected utility owners or third-party designers <br />under the direction of the utility owners. Kimley-Horn will: <br />·Provide design information, reference materials, and CAD files as needed to support utility <br />relocation design <br />·Review utility relocation plans and documentation for general concurrence and <br />compatibility with project design <br />Kimley-Horn will not be responsible for detailed utility relocation design, cost estimating, or <br />scheduling beyond coordination and review. <br />Assumptions:
