Hall Playground Improvement Survey is out now <br />and commented on the park upgrades needed in District 4. <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy commented on upcoming mural crosswalks outside Schack Art Center <br />and Imagine Children’s Museum. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader commented on his attendance at the Transportation Advisory Committee <br />and Puget Sound Regional Council Growth Management meetings. <br /> <br />Vice President Rhyne wished everyone a Happy Earth Day. She also commented on her <br />attendance at the Everett Station District Alliance cleanup and the Public Facilities District <br />meeting. She stated State Representative Mary Fosse is hosting a town hall at the Evergreen <br />Library Branch on Saturday. She also commented on Indie Bookstore Week. Vice President Rhyne <br />also stated her draft letter to Sound Transit regarding light rail to downtown Everett should be in <br />Council email boxes and asked Council Members to provide feedback to Council Administrator <br />Angela Ely. She also thanked Angela for her hard work on Administrative Professionals Day. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson commented on the Walter E. Hall Park <br />Improvement Survey. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8294 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,481,903.91 for the period of April 4, 2026, through April 10, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
