April 22, 2026 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8295 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $6,067,173.74 for the period ending April 4, 2026. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - NORTH BROADWAY PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and <br />Associates, Inc. in the amount of $3,059,270. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Schwab who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2604-21 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance 4098-25 Entitled "Everett Outdoor Event Center,” <br />Fund 342, Program 052, to accumulate costs for the Design and Partial Property <br />Acquisition for the Everett Outdoor Event Center Project <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2604-22 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing and providing for acquisition, including through the exercise <br />of eminent domain, of land and real property rights for Parcel 26 for the purpose of <br />constructing the Everett Outdoor Events Center Project; and authorizing the Mayor to <br />enter into agreements related to acquisition of Parcel 26; and amending Ordinance 4100- <br />25 <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy requested additional information about the other capital funding <br />sources. Jennifer Gregerson stated staff would follow up. <br /> <br /> <br />
