Everett Outdoor Event Center – Phase 1B <br />January 6, 2026 <br />Page 3 of 9 <br />9. Others will be responsible for providing the following: <br /> Activities and fees necessary to obtain permits. Walker Macy will assist the team by <br />providing support drawings for inclusion in the permit applications. We assume permit <br />drawings will be derivatives of our working plans. <br /> A detailed site survey in AutoCAD 2013 or earlier format, suitable for construction <br />documentation, will be available for our use. Survey will include (itemize what should be <br />included in the survey specific to the project and Walker Macy needs). <br /> Geotechnical Report of the project site. <br /> Complete Division One specifications. <br /> Project specification template. <br /> Management of the submittal and RFI process. <br /> <br />Scope of Work: <br />Based on our understanding of the project, and the information provided, we propose the following scope <br />of work: <br />1. Design Development – February through April 2026 (12 weeks) <br />1.1 Meet with consultant team, contractor, and client to review Phase 1A and discuss <br />construction budget for the site and landscape improvements, Design Development goals <br />and schedule. <br />1.2 Contribute to value-engineering efforts led by others by amending scope as required to bring <br />project into budget goals. <br />1.3 Meet with client and stakeholders to refine and finalize program and requirements for north <br />entrance plaza. (This area was not resolved at the end of Schematic Design, due to the <br />timing of stakeholder input). <br />1.4 Develop up to two (2) alternative design concepts for north entrance plaza. <br />1.5 Meet with client and stakeholders to review north entrance plaza designs and determine <br />preferred design concept. <br />1.6 Incorporate client and stakeholder comments into design. <br />1.7 Attend coordination meetings with consultant team and client (virtual). <br />1.8 Produce and submit 50% Design Development Review Set. <br />1.9 Produce and submit Design Development Set. <br />1.10 Deliverables at Design Development: <br /> Tree Protection Plans <br /> Grading Plans (north and south entrance plazas only) <br /> Layout Plans (north and south entrance plazas, pedestrian circulation). <br /> Materials Plans <br />Progressive Design-Build Contract for Everett Outdoor Event Center <br />Exhibit to Amendment No. 1 - Phase 1B Work and Fee Proposal
