Everett Outdoor Event Center – Phase 1B <br />January 6, 2026 <br />Page 4 of 9 <br /> Irrigation Plans showing irrigation type, approximate valve locations, and point of <br />connection information. <br /> Planting Area Plans noting plant types (i.e. tree, shrub, groundcover); not specific plant <br />species. <br /> Specifications in CSI outline format <br />1.11 Total meeting attendance for Design Development: <br /> Up to twenty-four (24) coordination meetings with consultant team, contractor, and client <br />(virtual). <br /> Up to four (4) design review meetings with client and stakeholders (virtual). <br />2. Land Use Permit - Concurrent with Task 3 <br />2.1 Attend meetings with City of Everett planning staff to confirm land use permit requirements <br />(virtual). <br />2.2 Attend coordination meetings with consultant team and client (virtual) <br />2.3 Produce and submit final stamped and signed land use permit documents to DLR Group. <br />Deliverables will be based on Phase 1A (Schematic Design) documents. <br />2.4 Deliverables for Land Use Permit: <br /> Tree Protection Plan <br /> Landscape Plan <br />2.5 Respond to permit comments, revise drawings, and resubmit to DLR Group as required. <br />2.6 Total meeting attendance for Land Use Permit <br /> One (1) meeting with City of Everett (virtual). <br /> Up to three (3) coordination meetings with consultant team, contractor, and client (virtual). <br />3. Construction Documents – May through July 2026 (12 weeks) <br />3.1 Meet with consultant team, contractor, and client team to review Design Development and <br />discuss construction budget for the site and landscape improvements, Construction <br />Documents goals and schedule. <br />3.2 Respond to comments on Design Development and incorporate this information into the <br />construction documentation. <br />3.3 Contribute to value-engineering efforts led by others by amending landscape scope as <br />required to bring project into budget goals. <br />3.4 Attend coordination meetings with the consultant team, contractor, and client. <br />3.5 Produce and submit 50% CD Review Set. <br />3.6 Deliverables at 50% CD: <br /> Tree Protection Plans <br /> Layout Plans (north and south entrance plazas, pedestrian circulation). <br /> Site Materials Plans <br /> Soil Preparation Plans <br />Progressive Design-Build Contract for Everett Outdoor Event Center <br />Exhibit to Amendment No. 1 - Phase 1B Work and Fee Proposal
