(Coffman) on your design-build team for the <br />AquaSox Stadium project. Our intention is to provide engineering services and document <br />production in support of your construction efforts. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The AquaSox Stadium project will construct a new baseball stadium for the Everett AquaSox in <br />downtown Everett, Washington. The new stadium is anticipated to have a new baseball field, <br />interior concessions, and back of house support space for facility operations. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />The anticipated schedule and quantity of required submittals is as follows: <br />100% Design Development <br />100% Construction Documents <br /> <br />The Construction Documents are anticipated to be completed in May 2026. <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached Coffman's General Terms and Conditions will serve as our contract for services in <br />conjunction with this proposal. Specific terms and details of this proposal will govern where there <br />is a conflict between the two. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />This proposal includes the following electrical engineering and document production in support of <br />Cochran Electric’s Construction efforts: <br />1. Coordinate with Snohomish County PUD (SnoPUD) to provide the design the electrical <br />service to the new stadium as. <br />2. Site plans showing the layout of electrical devices and duct bank routing between the service <br />transformer and main service switchboard. Site plans will also include the general routing <br />Progressive Design-Build Contract for Everett Outdoor Event Center <br />Exhibit to Amendment No. 1 - Phase 1B Work and Fee Proposal
