He encouraged citizens to <br /> submit comments by visiting www.snohd.org or by writing to Snohomish <br /> Health District at 3020 Rucker Ave. Everett, WA 98201. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, asked Allan Giffen, Planning, to provide a <br /> status update on the Southwest Everett Industrial Area Project (BSP 15- <br /> 003). <br /> Allan Giffen, Planning, noted that he provided responsive comments to the <br /> neighbors who sent their concerns to the planning department. He also <br /> summarized the scope and the timeframe of the process. Allan Giffen said <br /> that the comment period was extended for 15 days and comments are <br /> accepted through an e-mail address, planning@everettwa.gov, until <br /> midnight today. He noted that there is an opportunity for an administrative <br /> appeal on the Planning Department decision on the binding site plan. <br /> Allan Giffen stated that the planning department also will be working with <br /> the Sound Avenue neighborhood to set up a meeting to discuss the <br /> proposed project. <br /> 120 <br />
