Intercare is an experienced and accomplished provider of liability claims administration services to public entities of all sizes across the country, including an office located in Bellevue, Washington. In March of 2025, Intercare acquired George Hills, a premier liability and property claims administrator serving public agencies since 1954. This acquisition strengthened our comprehensive suite of liability claims administration services. Our client base spans diverse industries, including cities and counties, public schools, transit, healthcare, farming and agriculture, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and staffing. We serve self-insured and insured entities as well as risk pools. We do not anticipate subcontracting any portion of the scope of work described in the RFP.
