●Conduct ongoing personalized media pitching and follow-up across relevant print, <br />digital, broadcast, podcast, creator, tourism, lifestyle, culture, and business <br />outlets. <br />●Coordinate outreach for inclusion in: <br />o Event calendars <br />o “Things to Do” features <br />o World Cup viewing guides <br />o Summer activity roundups <br />o Regional entertainment coverage <br />C.Creator & Promotional Support <br />●Identify and coordinate opportunities with regional creators, influencers, artists, <br />and media partners to amplify event awareness and destination storytelling. <br />●Support coordination of artist-related media opportunities tied to summer <br />programming where applicable. <br />D.Strategic Advisory <br />●Provide communications and media strategy recommendations related to <br />campaign positioning, messaging, and amplification opportunities. <br />●Review paid media opportunities, when requested by the City, and provide advisory <br />recommendations regarding alignment with earned media efforts. <br />E. Reporting & Coordination <br />●Provide ongoing coordination with City staff and project partners. <br />●Obtain City approval prior to flighting media outreach materials <br />●Submit monthly recap reports summarizing: <br />o Media outreach conducted <br />o Coverage secured <br />o Pending opportunities <br />o Strategic recommendations and next steps <br />3.
