Consultant shall provide, at minimum, the following deliverables during the term of the <br />Agreement: <br />●Press releases and related media materials <br />●Ongoing media pitching and outreach <br />●Event listing and calendar submissions <br />●Interview and media coordination <br />●Strategic communications recommendations <br />●Coverage and outreach recap reports <br />●Monthly coordination meetings and communications with City staff <br />4. PAYMENT TERMS <br />Consultant shall invoice the City monthly for completed services. Payment shall be made <br />upon receipt and approval of invoices by the City Project Manager and in accordance with <br />City payment procedures. <br />5. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City shall provide reasonable access to information, schedules, branding materials, <br />approved messaging, staff coordination, and event details necessary for Consultant to <br />perform the services described herein. <br />6. OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS <br />All press materials, reports, written content, media lists specifically developed for the <br />City’s use under this Agreement, and other work products created pursuant to this Scope <br />of Work shall be the property of the City of Everett in accordance with the Professional <br />Services Agreement. <br />7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: <br />To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGM PR’s total liability arising out of or related to <br />this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client to PGM PR under this <br />Agreement. <br />In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, <br />consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business
