She also wished a Happy Municipal Clerk’s Week to the Clerk’s Office. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Senior Executive Director Michael Fong provided a legislative update and advised that he would <br />follow up with the public commenter about a school crosswalk concern. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall provided information on jail releases, and requested a 10-minute <br />executive session, pursuant to RCW 42.31.110(1)(i) with Council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Burbano, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8300 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$3,618,020.63 for the period of April 18, 2026, through May 1, 2026. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8301 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $6,084,901.95 for the period ending April 18, 2026. <br /> <br />CALL FOR BIDS - DORN AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize a Call for Bids for the Dorn Avenue Drainage Improvements project. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Weir who was <br />excused. <br />
