City of Everett 01 3216 - 1 <br />2026 Biosolids Removal and Disposal UT 3752-30 <br />01 3216 - 1 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br />SECTION 01 3216 - CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br />1.1 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />A.The Contractor shall prepare a construction schedule showing all tasks required <br />to perform the work. Schedule shall show all tasks performed by all trades that <br />is required to perform work within the contract time. The Schedule shall include <br />sufficient time for cleaning, punch list review, and completion of punch list items <br />prior to the designated physical completion date. <br />1.2 FORMAT <br />A.The Schedule shall be a critical path method of Gantt chart style. <br />B.The Schedule shall clearly identify all work and detailed to show specific steps to <br />perform work. The relationship between the work items shall show the starting <br />date, length of time required to perform work, completion of the work within the <br />time frame shown. <br />C.All work found on the schedule of values shall be clearly identified. Unless <br />otherwise expressly authorized in writing by the City’s representative, the <br />Contractor must integrate the schedules with the Schedule of Values and unit <br />price items so that each construction activity is represented by a dollar value. <br />D.Submittals dates shall be included and the relationship between submittal and <br />the work item shall be identified <br />E.Materials requiring long lead times shall be clearly identified on the schedule. <br />This shall include: <br />1.Date materials musts be ordered <br />2.Time for manufacturing <br />3.Time for delivery <br />4.Delivery date (expected date materials to be at the project) <br />5.Date of Installation <br />1.3 SUBMITTAL <br />A.At the pre-construction meeting, a preliminary schedule is required to be <br />submitted. Once the preliminary schedule has been approved, the schedule shall <br />become the Project Schedule. The Project Schedule, as approved by the City, <br />will be an integral part of the contract and will establish interim completion dates <br />for the various activities under the contract.
