A budget of $10,000 is assigned to this task. The budget for this task will only be <br />utilized as approved by the City in advance. <br />Work Tasks: <br />4.7 Task To Be Determined. <br />o Additional tasks to be determined, if and when required. <br />Receivables: <br />Written permission from the City is required to perform additional tasks and utilize the budget for <br />this task. <br />To be determined. <br />Deliverables: <br />To be determined. <br />Meetings: <br />To be determined. <br />Schedule <br />The following milestones are assumed based on the identified date for Notice-to-Proceed: <br /> Notice-to-Proceed July 2026 <br /> 50% Design Submittal September 2026 <br /> 90% Design Submittal December 2026 <br /> 100% Design Submittal February 2027 <br /> Final Bid Documents March 2027 <br /> Bid Advertisement March 2027 <br />If necessary, this schedule shall be equitably adjusted to allow for changes in scope or for delays beyond <br />BHC’s reasonable control. <br />Budget <br />The budget for this Scope of Services (Tasks 1 through 5), including other direct costs (ODCs), is <br />$169.488. A detailed breakdown of the budget is provided as Exhibit B. Compensation will be on a time and <br />materials, not-to-exceed basis per the attached budget estimate. Compensation shall not exceed the <br />budgeted amount without prior authorization from the Client. However, BHC may reallocate budget <br />between tasks as necessary due to Project requirements and adjust rates after the start of each new year
