City of Everett Point Industrial Center (EPIC) Bridge Project – Phase 2 Full Design <br /> <br /> Page 28 of 43 <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br /> Work performed will not exceed Level of Effort shown in Exhibit E – Subconsultant Cost <br />Computation for EnviroIssues. <br /> If work is requested that exceeds the Level of Effort shown in Exhibit E for EnviroIssues, <br />a supplement to cover Extra Work will be executed. <br /> AGENCY will be responsible for posting the web-based Project survey and updates to <br />the existing Project website, with content support from EnviroIssues as needed. <br /> AGENCY will provide venue space and any necessary A/V equipment for the public <br />meeting. EnviroIssues will support planning and facilitation but will not manage venue <br />and event logistics. <br /> AGENCY will print and distribute materials, including postcards and posters. <br /> AGENCY will coordinate translation of materials and interpretation services. <br />EnviroIssues will use existing Project templates or branding guidelines provided by <br />AGENCY. <br />AGENCY will provide timely review and feedback (within five [5] business days) on <br />draft materials to keep the Project on schedule. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />To be determined in collaboration with AGENCY and CONSULTANT. Potential deliverables <br />may include: <br /> Monthly progress reports and invoices <br /> Draft and final meeting plan <br /> Draft and final materials, up to five (5) <br />One (1) public meeting summary <br />Draft and final web-based survey <br /> Draft and final summary of survey data <br /> Draft and final website content <br /> Communications log <br /> <br />
