Scope of Work <br />US 2 Trestle Interim Improvements 3 April 2026 <br />Deliverables <br />Deliverables for this subtask include: <br /> Draft/Final Project Management Plan (PMP) <br />Subtask 01-02 – Project Schedule <br />The Consultant will develop a project schedule that outlines the key tasks necessary to complete the <br />project and produce all deliverables. The City will review the schedule and provide any comments <br />prior to baselining the schedule. Each month the Consultant will update the progress on the <br />schedule to determine if the status of work efforts would impact the project’s critical path. <br />Assumptions <br />Assumptions for this task include: <br /> Microsoft (MS) Project will be used to develop the baseline schedule. <br /> Consultant will update the MS Project schedule on a monthly basis. <br /> Schedule review between the City and the Consultant will occur during the Project <br />Management Team (PMT) meetings. <br /> The project schedule will be re-baselined if new tasks are introduced that require schedule <br />updates or if there is agreement between the City and Consultant that the schedule requires <br />a new baseline due to changes in delivery. <br /> A calendar-based Excel schedule will be developed from the MS Project schedule to manage <br />shorter term work products. <br /> Project duration is assumed to be 14 months from notice to proceed (NTP). <br />Deliverables <br />Deliverables for this subtask include: <br /> Draft MS Project Schedule <br /> Baseline MS Project Schedule <br />Subtask 01-03 – Project Administration <br /> Scope, Schedule and Budget Management – The Consultant shall monitor and manage the <br />scope, schedule and budget on a monthly basis, using Parametrix in-house tools, throughout <br />the duration of the project. Changes will be reported and discussed with the City for <br />determining and approving the course of action as agreed to in the Change Management <br />Plan. These actions could include formal requests for budget or scope modifications. The <br />baseline schedule will be updated if changes are necessary. Monthly updates to the <br />schedule are anticipated throughout this scope of work. <br /> Monthly progress reports and invoicing – The Consultant shall prepare monthly invoices, <br />progress reports, and backup documentation in the format agreed upon by the City. Progress <br />reports will describe the work accomplished during the billing period, meetings attended, and <br />action or information needed from the City. An earned value analysis will be prepared to <br />baseline the expected financial performance and completion of the deliverables. The earned <br />value of work will be monitored and reported monthly with the progress report and invoice.
