Scope of Work <br />US 2 Trestle Interim Improvements 4 April 2026 <br /> Documentation – The Consultant shall use Autodesk BUILD for design plans document <br />control system to manage the documentation and submittals to the City over the course of <br />the project. For design plans submitted to WSDOT other document control systems <br />(ProjectWise) would be used to be compatible with their systems. For all non-designed <br />related deliverables, the Consultant shall use Sharepoint. The document control system will <br />allow for electronic distribution of and access to materials for authorized project personnel. <br />The current status of the documentation will be maintained over the course of the project. <br />Assumptions <br />Assumptions for this task include: <br /> Project management will be provided over a 14-month timeframe. <br /> Progress billings will be submitted monthly to the City. <br />Deliverables <br />Deliverables for this subtask include: <br /> Monthly invoices, progress reports, and earned value report. <br /> Schedule updates – provided monthly. <br />Subtask 01-04 – Project Meetings <br /> City Kickoff Meeting – The Consultant shall plan, facilitate, and attend an in-person project <br />kickoff meeting and site visit with the City. The Consultant shall prepare a meeting agenda, <br />materials, and meeting summary/action items for the attendees. The purpose of the meeting <br />will be to review goals, objectives, scope, and schedule. Up to five (5) Consultant staff will <br />attend this kickoff meeting with the City. Discussion items will include: <br />–Milestones and timeline for deliverables <br />–Roles and responsibilities and communication protocol <br />–Data sources/data needs delivery <br />–Key deliverables <br />–Project risks <br /> Consultant Team Kickoff Meeting - The Consultant shall plan, facilitate, and attend a virtual <br />project kickoff meeting with the consultant team. The Consultant shall prepare <br />a meeting agenda, materials, and meeting summary/action items for the attendees. The <br />purpose of the meeting will be to review goals, objectives, scope, and schedule. All discipline <br />leads are anticipated to attend this meeting, approximately eight (8) Consultant staff. <br />Discussion items will include: <br />–Milestones and timeline for deliverables <br />–Roles and responsibilities and communication protocol <br />–Data sources/data needs delivery <br />–Key deliverables <br />–Project risks
