RCW, the Horizontal Property Regimes Act, or Chapter 64.34 RCW, the Condominium <br /> Act; <br /> 2. The proposed division is consistent with the approved phasing plan in which the phase <br /> is capable of receiving certification of occupancy or the total site has received certificate <br /> of occupancy by the city; and <br /> 3. The proposed lot and the binding site plan map meet the standards set forth in Section <br /> 18.20.050 of this chapter and all new property corners are set or found to be consistent <br /> with the survey standards of this title. <br /> E. Record with Auditor. When the city finds that the binding site plan proposed for final <br /> approval meets all the conditions of final approval, then the applicant shall record the <br /> original of said binding site plan and all approved divisions with the Snohomish County <br /> auditor. The applicant will also furnish the city with one reproducible mylar copy, and the <br /> Snohomish County assessor shall be furnished one paper copy. After this is done, the <br /> applicant must provide the city with proof of proper filing and recording before the <br /> binding site plan becomes valid. <br /> F. Development. All development must be in conformance with the recorded binding site <br /> plan. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY SUPERSEDED BY THE PROVISIONS OF <br /> THE CITY'S LOCAL PROJECT REVIEW PROCEDURES ORDINANCE <br /> SECTION 10: That Section 6A (EMC 18.24.010), 6B (EMC 18.24.020), 6C (EMC <br /> 18.24.030) and Section 6D (EMC 18.24.040) of Ordinance No. 2328-98 which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> EMC 18.24.010 Application submittal requirements. <br /> A. Fees. The applicant shall pay the required fees when submitting the boundary line <br /> adjustment application. <br /> B. Application Documents. The city shall provide all forms and instructions for filing an <br /> application for a boundary line adjustment. An application for a boundary line adjustment <br /> shall consist of the following minimum information: <br /> 1. City application form; <br /> 2. Legal description of the property proposed to be adjusted; <br /> 3. Vicinity map; <br /> 4. Declaration of ownership form signed by the owner(s); <br /> 5. A boundary line adjustment certificate from a title company which is not older than <br /> thirty days; <br /> 6. A proposed boundary line adjustment map; and <br /> 7. A declaration of legal documentation form. <br /> EMC 18.24.020 Review process for boundary line adjustment. <br /> A. Required Review Process. An administrative boundary line adjustment application <br /> shall be reviewed as a Review Process I, as defined in Title 15 of this code, as amended. <br /> 28 <br />
