PHASE 1: PREDESIGN REPORT <br /> Task 1 —Project Management <br /> Objective: Provide overall project management and oversight of the project work by the <br /> Project Manager and senior staff members. <br /> Provide overall project management and oversight services,to include: <br /> 1. Procure sufficient staff resources to dedicate to the project. <br /> 2. Prepare and execute subconsultant agreements. <br /> 3. Manage subconsultant work. <br /> 4. Manage and control project budget and schedule. <br /> 5. Manage and provide monthly progress reports and invoices. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> None. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> The City's project manager will be the single point of contact for the Consultant. For <br /> review submittals,the City will provide a single comprehensive list of comments/issues <br /> from all City review personnel. <br /> Task 2—Geotechnical Investigation and Report <br /> Objective: Perform a geotechnical investigation at the proposed reservoir sites. The <br /> investigation shall determine the engineering soil properties at the proposed sites (up to <br /> three). The results of the site investigation shall be summarized in a geotechnical memo. <br /> City Responsibilities: <br /> Provide access for geotech investigation with 2-weeks notice from Consultant. Dig and <br /> backfill geotechnical test pits for the Geotechnical subconsultant utilizing a backhoe <br /> provided and operated by the City.
