Estimated traffic impacts to State owned facilities as a result of land use <br /> assumptions. The Transportation Element of the Everett Comprehensive Plan adopted in <br /> 1994, includes graphics generally representing the arterial streets and freeways that are <br /> expected to exceed generalized capacity in 2012 under the land use plan, even with <br /> planned improvements in place. These roadways include the following State highways: <br /> 1. Interstate 5, various segments <br /> 2. US 2, from Interstate 5 to east city limits (and beyond on trestle) <br /> 3. SR 526, from Hardeson Road to the west entrance of the Boeing plant <br /> 4. SR 99, south of 112th street SW <br /> 5. SR 527, south of 112th Street SE <br /> 6. SR 96, at Interstate 5 interchange <br /> 7. SR 529 (Everett Avenue), 1/4 mile either side of Broadway <br />
