For <br /> 13 more information please contact the OEO by calling toll free at (888) <br /> 14 259-9143 or emailing dbess©wsdot.wa.gov. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Administrative Reconsideration of GFE Documentation <br /> 17 Any Bidder has the right to reconsideration but only for the purpose of <br /> 18 reassessing their GFE documentation that was determined to be inadequate. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 • The Bidder must request and schedule a reconsideration hearing <br /> 21 within seven calendar days of notification of being nonresponsive or <br /> 22 forfeit the right to reconsideration. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 • The reconsideration decision on the adequacy of the Bidder's GFE <br /> 25 documentation shall be made by an official who did not take part in <br /> 26 the original determination. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 • The Bidder shall have the opportunity to meet in person with the <br /> 29 official for the purpose of setting forth the Bidder's position as to why <br /> 30 the GFE documentation demonstrates a sufficient effort. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 • The reconsideration official shall provide the Bidder with a written <br /> 33 decision on reconsideration within five business days of the hearing <br /> 34 explaining the basis for their finding. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Procedures between Award and Execution <br /> 37 After Award and prior to Execution the Bidder shall provide the additional <br /> 38 information described below. Failure to comply shall result in the forfeiture of <br /> 39 the Bidder's Proposal bond or deposit. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 1.
