CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> If. Details, Equipment or materials used that were not shown on the original <br /> Plans. <br /> 1 g. The actual arrangement and routing of conduit, embedded conduit, raceways <br /> and piping relative to its location and proportioned to other work. The location <br /> needs to be dimensioned on the record drawings. <br /> Ih. Contractor prepared piping schematics and diagram drawings representing <br /> the Equipment orientation. <br /> I i. Final location of all surface and subsurface improvements. <br /> j. Record on the drawings the location of all field run materials. <br /> k. All shoring systems left in place at the end of construction. <br /> I Contractor shall accurately show existing underground items including, but not limited <br /> to, piping, manholes, pull boxes, conduit/duct banks, direct buried wire, foundations, <br /> thrust blocks, equipment and obstructions found during construction on the record <br /> I drawings. Note on the record drawings the actual size of all utilities and structures and <br /> types of material used. Locate all record drawing items by survey coordinates or <br /> dimensioned off NAD 83-91 for Horizontal Datum and NAVD 88 for Vertical Datum. <br /> IMinimum requirements for accuracy are specified in the following chart. <br /> Description Horizontal Elevation Notes <br /> I Location <br /> Gravity sewer and Coordinates, I.E. 0.01 ft. Recalculate actual slopes. <br /> drain lines stations, and All inverts in manholes. <br /> I offsets 0.1 ft. All angle changes. <br /> Forcemains, Coordinates I.E. 0.1 ft. Record all 'angle points and <br /> watermains and and stations finished ground elev. Above <br /> transmission lines 0.1 ft. the invert elev. <br /> IAll other items, incl. 0.1 ft. 0.1 ft. Show dimensions on record <br /> Electrical and drawings. <br /> Structural <br /> IUse red pen or pencil to make changes on the record drawings. Notations are to be <br /> neat, legible, clear and concise. <br /> I Record information concurrently with the progress of construction. Conceal no work <br /> until the required information is verified and recorded. <br /> 1-08.11(3) Payment <br /> I No separate payment shall be made for the preparation of record drawings. All costs <br /> associated with the preparation of record drawings shall be included in the unit <br /> contract prices of other items in the Contract. <br /> I 1-09 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> 1-09.1 Measurement of Quantities <br /> Supplement 1-09.1 by adding the following: <br /> IMeasurement by the Ton: Where items are specified to be paid for by the ton it will <br /> be the Contractor's responsibility to see that a certified weight ticket is given to the <br /> I <br /> City's Inspector on the Project at the time of delivery of materials for each truckload <br /> delivered.
