CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS , BID ITEM A-43 & B-39: CONCRETE PERPENDICULAR CURB RAMP ' Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each Pay limits for Concrete Perpendicular Curb Ramp shall be in accordance with drawing number , C484. Concrete Perpendicular Curb Ramp shall be per WSDOT Standard Plan F-40.15-02, and these Special Provisions. The unit price for this bid item shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and related work necessary to build the curb ramps as specified on the Plans and as directed by the Engineer. , Also included in this bid item is earthwork required to excavate excess material or place fill to achieve design subgrade elevations. , The costs of sawcutting concrete curb ramps, removing existing sidewalks, curb ramps, and haul and disposal are incidental in the unit price for this Bid item. Crushed surfacing top course placed below cement concrete will be measured and paid for separately in accordance with other applicable Contract bid items. Adjusting existing valve boxes, manhole covers, and other features to match finish ramp grade is to be included in this bid item with no direct compensation made.
