The actual cost for each piece of Equipment for which a 4 Contract Claim is made or in the absence of actual cost, the rates established 111 5 by the AGC/WSDOT Equipment Rental Agreement that was in effect when 6 the work was performed. In no case shall the amounts sought or paid for 7 each piece of Equipment exceed the rates established by the Equipment I 8 Rental Agreement even if the actual cost for such Equipment is higher. The 9 Owner may audit the Contractor's cost records to determine actual 10 Equipment cost. The following information shall be provided for each piece of Ii 1 Equipment: 12 1. Detailed description (e.g., Motor Grader Diesel Powered Caterpillar 12 13 "G", Tractor Crawler ROPS & Dozer Included Diesel, etc.) 14 2. The hours of use or standby; and 15 3. The specific day and dates of use or standby; 16 4. Job overhead. 17 5. Overhead (general and administrative). 18 6. Subcontractor's Contract Claims (in the same level of detail as specified I 19 herein is required for any subcontractor's Contract Claims); and 20 7. Other categories as specified by the Contractor or the Owner. 21 10.
