When the Contracting Agency has <br /> 22 developed a TESC Plan for a Contract the narrative is included in the appendix to <br /> 23 the Special Provisions and the TESC plan sheets are included in the Contract <br /> 24 Plans. The Contracting Agency TESC plan will not include off-site areas used to <br /> 25 directly support construction activity. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 The Contractor shall either adopt the TESC Plan in the Contract or develop a new I 28 TESC Plan. If the Contractor adopts the Contracting Agency TESC Plan the <br /> 29 Contractor shall modify the TESC Plan to meet the Contractor's schedule, method <br /> 30 of construction, and to include off-site areas that will be used to directly support I 31 construction activity such as equipment staging yards, material storage areas, or <br /> 32 borrow areas. Contractor TESC Plans shall include all high visibility fence <br /> 33 delineation shown on the Contracting Agency Contract Plans. All TESC Plans <br /> I <br /> 34 shall meet the requirements of the current edition of the WSDOT Temporary <br /> 35 Erosion and Sediment Control Manual M 3109 and be adapted as needed <br /> 36 throughout construction based on site inspections and discharge samples to <br /> I <br /> 37 maintain compliance with the CSWGP. The Contractor shall develop a schedule <br /> 38 for implementation of the TESC work and incorporate it into the Contractor's <br /> 39 progress schedule. <br /> 40 <br /> I <br /> 41 The Contractor shall submit their TESC Plan (either the adopted plan or new plan) <br /> 42 and implementation schedule as Type 2 Working Drawings.
