1 The second and third paragraphs in Section 8-01.3(1)B are revised to read: <br /> 2 <br /> 4 The ESC Lead shall implement the TESC Plan. Implementation shall include, but <br /> ' 5 is not limited to: <br /> 6 <br /> 7 1. Installing and maintaining all temporary erosion and sediment control Best <br /> 8 Management Practices (BMPs) included in the TESC Plan to assure <br /> 9 continued performance of their intended function. Damaged or inadequate <br /> 10 TESC BMP's shall be corrected immediately. <br /> ' 11 <br /> 12 2. Updating the TESC Plan to reflect current field conditions. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 3. Discharge sampling and submitting results to the Engineer. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 4. Develop and maintain the Site Log Book as defined in the CSWGP. As a <br /> 17 part of the Site Log Book, the Contractor shall develop and maintain a <br /> 18 BMP tracking table to show that identified TESC compliance issues are <br /> 19 fully resolved within 10 calendar days. The table shall include the date an <br /> 20 issue was identified, a description of how it was resolved, and the date <br /> ' <br /> 21 the issue was fully resolved. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 The ESC Lead shall also inspect all areas disturbed by construction activities, all <br /> 24 on-site erosion and sediment control BMP's, and all stormwater discharge points <br /> 25 at least once every calendar week and within 24-hours of runoff events in which <br /> 26 stormwater discharges from the site. Inspections of temporarily stabilized, inactive <br /> 27 sites may be reduced to once every calendar month. The Erosion and Sediment <br /> 28 Control Inspection Form (WSDOT Form 220-030) shall be completed for each <br /> 29 inspection and a copy shall be submitted to the Engineer no later than the end of <br /> ' 30 the next working day following the inspection. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Section 8-01.3(1)C is replaced with the following: <br /> 33 <br /> 34 (******) <br /> 35 Water Control <br /> 36 <br /> ' 37 Description <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Site is subject to inundation by tide, river, and creek flows. Work will require water control <br /> ' 40 around or through the work area and may require surface and groundwater dewatering and <br /> 41 surface water diversion depending upon the Contractors construction methods.
