1 <br /> 2 If the Contractor's total cost for Work with recycled concrete aggregate is greater than <br /> 3 without the Contractor may choose to not use recycled concrete aggregate. When the <br /> 4 Contractor does not meet the minimum requirement of 25 percent recycled concrete <br /> 5 aggregate for the Contract due to costs or any other reason the following shall be <br /> 6 submitted: <br /> 7 <br /> 8 1. A cost estimate for each material listed in Section 9-03.21(1)E that is utilized on ' <br /> 9 the Contract. The cost estimate shall include the following: <br /> 10 <br /> 11 a. The estimated costs for the Work for each material with 25 percent recycled <br /> 12 concrete aggregate. The cost estimate shall include for each material a copy <br /> 13 of the price quote from the supplier with the lowest total cost for the Work. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 b.
