I <br /> 1 deviations from the specifications and all revisions other than the corrections called for <br /> 2 by the Engineer on previous submittals; and return three (3) corrected copies of the <br /> 3 drawings for the Engineer's further review. The Contractor shall plan on at least ten (10) <br /> 4 working days from the date of Engineer's receipt for the Engineer's review, comment, <br /> 5 and return of submitted drawings. Some shop drawings may require more than six (6) <br /> 6 copies. The Contractor shall furnish additional copies when requested. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of dimensions and details on <br /> 9 shop drawings, and for complete conformity with the Contract Documents, even if the <br /> 10 shop drawings have been approved by the Engineer, or if the Contractor and the <br /> 11 Engineer agree on dimensions and details. The City does not accept shop drawings as <br /> 12 accurate or adequate, and does not take responsibility for, or warrant that shop drawings <br /> 13 will meet contract requirements. <br /> 14 I 15 Engineer's review of Shop Drawings shall not relieve Contractor from responsibility for <br /> 16 any variation from the requirements of the Contract Documents unless Contractor has in <br /> 17 writing called the Engineer's attention to each such variation at the time of submission, <br /> 18 and the Engineer has given written approval of each such variation by a specific written <br /> 19 notation thereof incorporated in or accompanying the returned Shop Drawing; nor will <br /> 20 any review by Engineer relieve Contractor from responsibility for errors or omissions in <br /> 21 the Shop Drawings or from responsibility for having complied with the provisions of this <br /> 22 section. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 The Bid prices shall include all costs for furnishing shop drawings and submittals. <br /> 25 The following listed Section of the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions <br /> 26 require shop drawings, catalog cuts or standard drawings which may or may not be <br /> 27 applicable to this specific project.
