Site Access <br /> Onsite areas available for Contractor use are on the Drawings. These areas may be moved or <br /> modified during construction by the Property Owner. I <br /> D. Existing Features <br /> 111 <br /> t featuresnear the work area are shown on the Drawings. <br /> Existing site g <br /> 1.3 ACCESS TO SITE <br /> A. The Contractor shall have access to the construction site via the guardhouse at the main <br /> entrance to the Port's Marine Terminals, 2900 Terminal Avenue. Transportation Work <br /> Identification Credential (TWIC) is required for all personnel, in accordance with Document 00 <br /> 73 13. <br /> B. Due to other on-going Port projects,the access points may change over the term of the contract. <br /> Comply with those changes as directed by the Engineer. <br /> C. Refer to the drawings for locations of the on-site Contractor laydown areas. 1 <br /> D. All Contractors employee cars and other private vehicles may be parked within the boundaries <br /> of the Port's terminals, as directed by the Port, and subject to change depending on the Port's <br /> immediate cargo operations. <br /> 1.4 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF SITE AND PREMISES <br /> A. Limit use of Site and premises to allow: <br /> 1. Property Owner occupancy. <br /> 2. Work by City. <br /> 3. Use of Site and premises by Port tenants. <br /> B.
