Site Access Onsite areas available for Contractor use are on the Drawings. These areas may be moved or modified during construction by the Property Owner. I D. Existing Features 111 t featuresnear the work area are shown on the Drawings. Existing site g 1.3 ACCESS TO SITE A. The Contractor shall have access to the construction site via the guardhouse at the main entrance to the Port's Marine Terminals, 2900 Terminal Avenue. Transportation Work Identification Credential (TWIC) is required for all personnel, in accordance with Document 00 73 13. B. Due to other on-going Port projects,the access points may change over the term of the contract. Comply with those changes as directed by the Engineer. C. Refer to the drawings for locations of the on-site Contractor laydown areas. 1 D. All Contractors employee cars and other private vehicles may be parked within the boundaries of the Port's terminals, as directed by the Port, and subject to change depending on the Port's immediate cargo operations. 1.4 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF SITE AND PREMISES A. Limit use of Site and premises to allow: 1. Property Owner occupancy. 2. Work by City. 3. Use of Site and premises by Port tenants. B.
