<br /> PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
<br /> ' Payment for Shoring shall be on the basis of the lump sum price stated in the Bid Form.
<br /> Measurement for this pay item shall be estimated on the basis of the percent complete,
<br /> relative to the overall bid price and the actual progress toward project completion.
<br /> 6. Item 6: Dewatering and Disposal, Section 31 23 35.
<br /> Work under this pay item includes, and is not limited to, all design, materials, labor,
<br /> equipment, and incidentals required to complete excavation dewatering, and disposal
<br /> associated with the PSO6 Reroute work, including, and not limited to: furnishing,
<br /> installing, operating and maintaining effective dewatering systems; collecting, storing,
<br /> conveying, and metering water; obtaining a City of Everett discharge authorization and
<br /> paying fees associated with discharge of water to the sanitary sewer system,and all other
<br /> related work as specified in Section 015713. Payment for Dewatering and Disposal shall
<br /> be on the basis of the lump sum price stated in the Bid Form. Measurement for this pay
<br /> item shall be estimated on the basis of the percent complete, relative to the overall bid
<br /> price and the actual progress toward project completion.
<br /> 7. Item 7: Furnish and Install New Tie-backs, Section 31 51 00.
<br /> Measurement and payment for this pay item shall be per each and shall include the
<br /> furnishing of all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, testing, and all incidental
<br /> ' expenses and materials required to install the tieback anchors and waler system and
<br /> provide a completed operable system.
<br /> 8. Item 8: Detension, Cut, Remove and Dispose Existing Tie-backs and Deadmen, Section
<br /> 31 23 35. Measurement for this pay item shall be estimated on the basis of the percent
<br /> complete,relative to the overall bid price and the actual progress toward item completion.
<br /> Payment for this item shall be on the basis of the lump sum price stated in the Bid Form.
<br /> 9. Item 9: Furnish and Install 36-inch, Triple Wall Polypropylene, Combined Sewer Pipe,
<br /> Section 33 30 00. Work under this pay item includes, and is not limited to, all design,
<br /> materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required to provide 36-inch, Triple Wall
<br /> Polypropylene piping, complete the PSO6 reroute work including, and not limited to:
<br /> excavating, stockpiling, hauling, trenching, piping, backfilling including reuse of
<br /> excavated materials for backfill, condition, placement and compaction of backfill,
<br /> temporary bypass pumping, connection to and plugging of existing piping. Any
<br /> additional cost for using imported materials for backfill shall be paid under Item 18,
<br /> Furnish and Install Structural Fill.
<br /> Payment for this item shall be by the linear foot of pipe installed and measurement based
<br /> on linear feet of pipe on centerline from center of structure to center of structure.
<br /> 10. Item 10: Furnish and Install Steel Piles for New Manhole Platform, Section 31 62 16.
<br /> Work under this pay item shall include all design, materials, labor, equipment, and
<br /> incidentals required to complete installation of steel piling, including splicing, cutoff and
<br /> incidental items. Measurement and payment for this pay item shall be per each.
<br /> 11. Item 11: Furnish and Install Locking Water Tight Frame and Cover for Manhole X17,
<br /> Section 33 30 00. Payment for this pay item shall be on the basis of Lump Sum Price
<br /> stated in the Bid Form and shall include the furnishing of all necessary materials,
<br /> equipment,tools,labor,testing, and all incidental expenses and materials,not included in
<br /> other bid items, required to furnish and install locking watertight frame and cover for the
<br /> existing manhole.
<br /> 1 12. Item 12: Concrete Reinforcement, Section 03 20 00. Includes but is not limited to: the
<br /> furnishing of all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, testing, and all incidental
