d. Public parks, publicly <br /> dedicated trails, sports fields <br /> and playgrounds; <br /> e. Recreational and community <br /> centers; <br /> f. Others risk potential activities <br /> identified by the Department <br /> of Social and Health <br /> Services. <br /> 2. The distance provided for line of sight shall be <br /> measured by following a straight line from the <br /> nearest point of the property parcel upon which <br /> the secure community transition facility is to be <br /> located, to the nearest point of the parcel of <br /> property or land use district boundary line from <br /> which the proposed land use is to be separated. <br /> 3. In order to assist in providing equitable <br /> distribution, there shall be a separation of one <br /> mile between an SCTF and any existing SCTF, <br /> jail, correctional facility, mental health facility, <br /> work release, pre-release or similar facility. <br /> (Similar facility includes but not limited to <br /> Madison House, Everett Gospel Mission Men <br /> Shelter, Everett Gospel Mission Women and <br /> Children Shelter, Green House, and Evergreen <br /> Manor.) <br /> D.
