9. Special charges: <br /> a. Turn-on for restart of service $15.00 each <br /> b. Shut-off requested for premises where <br /> customer's stop and waste valve should <br /> have been used $20.00 each <br /> c. Turn on and shut-off requested for a time other <br /> than regular hours $75.00 per call out <br /> d. Meter testing: <br /> All meters regardless of size $60.00/HR <br /> e. Returned check fee $20.00 <br /> f. Hang notice for delinquent account $10.00 <br /> 10. Fire Service. The rates for water supplied exclusively for fire protection purposes <br /> shall be deemed service charges and shall be for any one month, or fractional part <br /> thereof, as follows: <br /> Size of Service Service Charge <br /> 2 inches $5.00 <br /> 3 inches 7.00 <br /> 4 inches 9.00 <br /> 6 inches 13.00 <br /> 8 inches 17.00 <br /> 10 inches 21.00 <br /> 12 inches 25.00 <br /> B. Outside the City Limits <br /> 1. Individual Meters Outside of the City limits. The consumption and minimum <br /> monthly water charges for individual metered services outside the City limits shall <br /> be computed in the same manner as for Residential metered customers within the <br /> City and then a multiplier of twenty-five percent of this amount shall be added to <br /> the water charge so computed. In addition, a charge of$0.323 per 100 cu. ft. or <br /> $1.94 minimum filtration charge shall be added to arrive at the total monthly <br /> charge. No multiplier shall be added to the filtration charge. <br /> 2. Master Meters <br /> a. Master meter rates shall be required for water districts, water associations <br /> or other organizations providing water service to 16 or more permanent <br /> 4 <br />
