Engineer will record minutes and issue copies to all in attendance. I <br /> 1.02 PROGRESS MEETINGS <br /> A. Meeting Location: Contractor's project field office,unless otherwise agreed. I <br /> B. Attendance shall include Owner,Architect,Contractor, Project Superintendent,and others as <br /> appropriate to agenda for each meeting. <br /> C. The Contractor shall: <br /> 1. Prepare agenda and administer progress meetings,and specially called meetings <br /> throughout work progress. <br /> 2. Preside at meetings. I <br /> 3. Record minutes; include all significant proceedings and decisions. <br /> 4. Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within three(3)days of each meeting to all <br /> meeting participants. <br /> 5. Review and approve minutes of previous meeting. <br /> 2. Review work progress since previous meeting. <br /> 3. Review plans for progress for succeeding work period. <br /> 4. Review construction schedule. <br /> 5. Present corrective measures and procedures to regain project schedule, as applicable. <br /> 6. Present field observations,problems, and conflicts. <br /> 7. Discuss problems impeding progress schedule. <br /> 8. Review Quantity Control. <br /> 9. Review submittal schedules;present methods to expedite as required. <br /> 10. Review off-site fabrication. <br /> 11. Review delivery schedules. <br /> 12. Coordinate work. <br /> 13. Review proposed changes for: <br /> a. Effect on construction schedule and on completion date. <br /> b. Effect on any other contracts of the project. I <br /> 14. Review draft of application for payment(at end of month). <br /> 15.
