The permit application cannot be reviewed for corrections until the following items are <br /> submitted. <br /> Please submit two sets of revised plans and details with a response letter to each item in this letter, indicating <br /> how it is resolved on the plan set. <br /> Gepieral <br /> 1. Please indicate new work with dark lines. Existing work should be indicated as light lines, and <br /> demolition work should be indicated with dashed lines. This includes ceilings, wall sections, doors, <br /> stairs, ramps, structure, and toilet rooms, and any other revision where a building permit is required, <br /> per IBC section 105.1. <br /> a. Line weights should be used (instead of tones or solid black) for clarity. <br /> b. The complete enclosure of the tenant space should be shown on the drawings, to include the <br /> back storage area. <br /> c. The drawings should be clear enough that the scope of the new work could be understood by <br /> someone other than the submitter. <br /> 2. A code analysis should include the applicable building codes, referenced at the bottom of this letter. <br /> Ocepancy <br /> ✓j The code analysis should also include whether the building is sprinklered, the area of the tenant space, <br /> and the use/occupancies and occupant load count. <br /> a. Occupancy calculation assumptions based on use and square footage should be included in the <br /> code analysis, per IBC table 1004.1.1. <br /> 2. Please indicate if a new certificate of occupancy is requested at the conclusion of the final inspection. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. Dimensions of the space are required for review.
